Join us for a conversation around domestic violence and how companies can support their employees who are impacted by issues of violence

Data shows that Covid-19 has led to an increase in family violence, especially against women, an issue which was prevalent on a global scale and affecting all segments of society, long before the pandemic. Working from home policies have also changed the way people interact at work and at home.

Against this context, governments, not for profits and the private sector are increasingly mobilising to develop unique responses and policies which can protect the rights of victims, strengthen workplace safety and more generally support women economic empowerment when needed the most.

The French Chamber of Commerce, supported by our Series Partners BNP Paribas, is delighted to invite you to a forthcoming discussion with Georgette Tan Adamopoulos, President at United Women Singapore (UWS) and Veronique Augier Nel, Director of Communications at Accor, who will be discussing on how  companies can support their employees who are impacted by issues of violence and to ensure a safe, supportive and productive workplace environment for them.

This conversation will be moderated by Chloé Vialard, Lawyer at Shearman & Sterling and Pro Bono Volunteer with the Paris Bar and Singapore Law Society.

More panel guests to be announced soon.
