Event ended.
This seminar focuses on the contemporary issue of international parental disputes over changing the country of residence of their children
Drew & Napier is delighted to present, The International Relocation of Children, a seminar which would consider the Singapore law and English law perspectives of the international relocation of children, including when such relocations are carried out without consent and are accordingly, improper, and may be considered international child abduction.
It focuses on the contemporary issue of international parental disputes over changing the country of residence of their children and associated issues of unlawful and nonconsensual cross border movement of children. Especially when disputes of this nature have been increasing in a multinational and cosmopolitan Singapore.
Join Directors Randolph Khoo and Hoon Shu Mei, and guest speaker, Jason Hadden MBE, an award-winning barrister specialising in Family law of United Kingdom based at St Ives Chambers, as they discuss the pertinent topic of international relocation of children.
The seminar will be in a roundtable discussion format.
Registration closes on Friday, 27 October 2023. We seek your understanding that reservations are on a first-come-first-served basis due to our venue capacity
