Join our HR Club Breakfast meeting! By invitation only.
Come and join our exclusive French Chamber of Commerce HR Club Breakfast meeting which will focus on “Flex Office” and is scheduled for Wednesday June 19thfrom 8:30 to 10:00am at SCOR Asia-Pacific.
Since 2021, SCOR, like many companies, has embarked on a journey towards hybrid working. For their Singapore office, this journey has involved a significant redesign of their workspace, the establishment of new working principles, and the development of a new concept aimed at fostering collaboration and enhancing employee wellbeing.
Romain Lefaix, Head of HR APAC for SCOR, will introduce us their flex office project. During the session, we will discuss how they developed the project, the key points of focus, the lessons they learned during the process and since the office reopening two years ago, as well as the potential next steps and challenges they are facing.
The FCCS HR Club is a “by invitation only“ Club and represents a community of regional senior HR directors of large corporations committed to sharing best practices and challenges as well as generating new ideas and advocacy.
