About the Speakers:
Sylvain Gagneux, Tax partner at Deloitte-Taj France. He heads the Corporate Tax department of the Lyon office. For 25 years, he has been advising French and international companies, advising them on complex technical issues or providing them support in their da-to-day transactions. Sylvain especially enjoys designing the acquisition structures at the international level.
Edouard Berthier, Tax manager in the Corporate Tax department at Deloitte-Taj France, Lyon office. Since 7 years, he has been providing assistance to companies with managing their tax issues. He provides advice to international groups on sensitive tax issues such as: tax structuring, tax risks’ management and tax audits, tax disputes resolution, transfer pricing, tax compliance, etc.
