Decathlon is a pioneer and perfect example of successful RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) implementation.

It all started more than ten years ago, with the ambition to maximize customer shopping experience by ensuring that products are always in stock and available for purchase. Decathlon set as 1st priority to integrate one RFID tag into each product to track inventory levels and monitor stock-outs. Decathlon launched its RFID inventory robot in it’s Decathlon Singapore Lab store in 2019.
