This briefing aims to inform and engage the French Chamber members on the recently announced Tripartite Guidelines on Flexible Work Arrangement Requests (TG-FWAR), which will take effect from 1 Dec 2024, and to share information on the upcoming Workplace Fairness Legislation (WFL), which is targeted for launch in 2025.

We hope that after this session, the French Chamber members will gain a deeper understanding of these key announcements and take active steps to prepare for them.
