We are thrilled to announce that the SwissCham Modern Work HR Award is back! This prestigious award celebrates businesses excellence in creating modern, dynamic, and innovative work environments. Organised by SwissCham Singapore, with Nanyang Polytechnic’s National Centre of Excellence for Workforce Learning (NACE) as the knowledge partner. The award focuses on three key dimensions: Workforce, Workday, and Workplace, recognizing companies that foster a better, more effective, and fulfilling work experience for their employees.

Additional to the digital assessment the participating companies will be asked to highlight innovations in each of the Modern Work dimensions
An expert jury (Education, Government, Corporate and Swiss Chamber of Commerce) will evaluate the innovation submissions and select for each dimension of Workforce, Workday and Workplace an HR Innovation Award.
