The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore was proud to host another enriching edition of our Inspirational Women Leaders Series, featuring an empowering session on self-advocacy, leadership balance, and personal growth.
Thank you to our speakers Marine Queniart-Stojanovic, CEO at Granate Health, Su-Peing, Founder at BIOCOMPASS. This session was skillfully moderated by Marine Veillon, Co-Founder at Better Futures.
Participants explored powerful themes that resonated deeply with today’s women leaders, including:

Women leaders must confidently articulate their needs and aspirations. Speaking up with clarity not only supports personal growth but also inspires others to find their own voice.

Sustainable leadership starts with self-care. Prioritizing mental and physical well-being allows leaders to be more present, set a strong example, and support their teams more effectively.

4. Lead with Empathy and Strength
Effective leadership is about creating psychological safety while also being decisive. Showing vulnerability, actively listening, and being open to feedback fosters trust, even in times of crisis.
5. Build Relationships Across and Up
Managing upwards and nurturing strong relationships with senior leaders is essential—not just for personal success but also for the empowerment and effectiveness of your team
