Marie-Laure CailleFounder and Director at The Human Factor

Marie-Laure is an education expert with over 25 years of experience working across Asia Pacific. She is the founder and Director of The Human Factor (THF), a company specialising in helping professionals unlock and reach their full potential. In addition to leading THF, she is an Adjunct Lecturer at ESSEC Business School, where she has been teaching Master's students for the past 15 years. 

Marie-Laure has consulted and delivered L&D programmes for diverse organisations, including multinationals, international government bodies, start-ups, and academic organisations. She has built a reputation for her expertise in instructional design and for her ability to facilitate students’ and executives’ learning journeys in a very engaging manner.

Marie-Laure holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and is a CFA charterholder. She has received several coaching certifications. She is a French Trade Advisor (Singapore Committee) and on the Advisory Board of Creatella Impact.
